Product manager of in vitro diagnostic reagents

Job description

1. Responsible for product marketing planning and implementation;

2. Responsible for the information collection and analysis of the industry and major competitors, determine the market positioning of products according to market analysis, and formulate marketing strategies and action plans;

3. Make promotion tools according to market strategy;

4. Organize national and regional academic promotion activities;

5. Product knowledge training for sales staff and dealers.

Job requirements

1. More than 5 years sales and channel management experience in IVD reagent products, and more than 3 years working experience as product manager;

2. Familiar with IVD reagent sales operation mode and channel, rich experience in planning and promotion;

3. Have a sensitive sense of the market and strong consulting and collecting ability, and can independently operate IVD marketing promotion work;

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organization and coordination skills and team spirit; Strong ability of expression and organization;

5. Work conscientiously and responsibly, be able to work under pressure and travel frequently.
